So I Kinda Forgot I had A Blog?

I don't even remember the last time I blogged? Haha. Life has been,,, intresting. Happy:) and Sad:( Sophomore year was great! Except for the whole dislocation of my ankle in March, that sucked. But it was good. I finished the year with a 4.48 GPA, and yeah, it's been good. Summer started off well too. Until we lost one of our youth:( Alex Rickli was in a tragic bike accident and went to heaven at a young age. We loved her so so much and miss her. Yet, we know she's in a wonderful place now "Partying with Jesus!" Three days away from Daytona and it'll be different without her smiling face on board with us. Now instead of being on the buss with us, she'll be looking down from above:) We have 47 kids signed up with 10 chaperones. And we are ready to go love GOD!
My friends are still awesome! My family still rocks! But not having blogged in nearly a year, you haven't heard of my amazing new friend, or should i say girlfriend:) Jenny Burdock is absolutly amazing and rocks my world! We've been dating for almost 10 months and it been awesome! I love her lots ! :)

4 days Away!!

Wow! 4 days away from something that I've been counting down for 180 days. Isn't that insane? I'm already losing sleep over the excitment! This year will be such a powerful week, I just feel it. And I'm so pumped for the suprise that I have for my group. It's killing me having to hold it in, but in a few days, I'm gonna let it out!!:)

In other news about me, Summer of '09 is AMAZING!!:) After Creationfest turned out to be a bust for me, I stayed in Berkeley and went to our Vacation Bible School and was a crew leader for 7 kids.. It was a great week!! Ohh, and did i mention I met a girl? :) Her name is Sarah and I was speechless when I first saw her:) Now, we are dating...

And basketball is going well too.. Lol..

But I'm soooooooooooo pumped for Student Life!!! OMG:)

22 Days Left:)

So if you read my blog, you know that my youth group and I are going to Daytona in July for a life changing experience.. For most I hope.. Well, all of our fundraisers are rolling and were looking forward to another this Saturday.. By God's will, we will reach our goal!
In other news, school ends in 22 days, 15 school days.. And woah, you haven't a clue how excited I am to no longer be a freshman! Also, this summer is building up to be the best of my LIFE!!! Why? June 22nd, I leave for Mt. Union to volunteer at the biggest Christian Rock Music Festival in the World! It's going to be amazing. I come back, and two weeks later, leave for Daytona which i know will be outragously great! So I get back from that on Saturday, July 18th and leave for Camp Joy, which is usually the best week of summer but may get pushed back a few this year, on July 19th!! To me it's God saying "You want to help, here's your chance! Make Me happy:)" Its amazing, the Love He's showed me in the past few months is unlike any I've felt before.. My friends are even seeing it. I'm just so excited for my peers who don't know Him to get the chance in July, wow!! Its simply amazing!! :)

95 Days Til The Best Week Ever!

Most of you reading this are probably like "Why?" July 12th, my church's youth group and I will leave for Daytona Beach, FL where thousands of youths' lives will be changed forever. Again, you ask "why?" Louie Giglio, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, and Leeland is why. No one encourages you to become a better person than Louie and no one have written more Worship songs than Chris and D.C.B and Leeland put a whole new twist on Christian Rock Music! June of 2007, this camp changed my life and I'm trying my hardest to make this opportunity available for more kids in my community to go and expierence God's love like that have never felt it before! I'm doing everything in my power to raise money for them and I know that in the long haul, God will help my church and I to find a way to bring a busload of teens down there. This will all happen is the next 95 days simply because God wants it too:)

WHAT A WEEKEND!!!!

It really couldnt have been any better than it was, aside from UCONN and 'NOVA losing. My fantasy baseball draft went great simply becasue I snagged 3 of the top 5 pitchers. It was great!! But the part that makes this weekend stand out among all others is what I recieved Sunday morning @ church. You see, I have a hero, and I wrote him a letter awhile back telling him how I was trying to organize a bus load of my peers to go down to Daytona Beach in July to hear him speak for a week. I let him know how it changed my life and how I knew t would change thiers, but price was stopping all this from happening. I expressed that the thought of getting to know God shouldnt have a price on it and that kids who couldn't afford it should be helped. I closed by asking if there was anything he could do to help.

Sunday morning, my youth pastor calls me and tells me to come down to the Church because he had something for me. I was not expecting anything to extrodinar. When I arrived, he asked me if I was ready to have my mind blown. I knew not what to take of it and said "yeah sure" He hands me and envolope titled "BRADY!" I open it and inside is a card, (the sender wishes to remain anonymus It tells of how he loves my passion for trying to get my friends to the beach to devolop a relationship with God and that he was excited to see us down there. Then it said "I hope this helps" I'm thinking, "he hopes what helps?"

I turn around and their is my youth pastor standing with a $2,500 check in hand! I was shocked! I wore a smile on my face that whole day!! Because of the genorosity of this person, I now could pay for 10 of my friends to expierence the life changing event of getting to know thier Savior! It was simply amazing!

Thank God for the genorosity of caring for people!!! I feel assured that the week of July 12th will be one I wont ever forget! And that is what made this weekend oh so great!
